Create your character, take over a roadside motel with a neon arcade next door and turn it into the stop everyone remembers. Rent out rooms, fill the hall with cabinets, feed the players, hire a crew and grow your business night after night, alone or with friends.

RUN THE MOTEL

Greet guests at the front desk, haggle over the price of a night and hand over the key. Clean up after they check out, watch your reviews and star rating, and upgrade your rooms from bare Economy to Standard and Deluxe. As the motel grows, open the Roadside Wing, fix the broken stairs and bring the whole upper floor back to life, room by room.

Every machine in your hall is a real game you can step up to and play:

• Video cabinets: the retro 3D racer Turbo Rush, the motorcycle racer Moto Rush, the snake battle Snake, the endless runner Neon Dash, the delivery chaos of Pizza Rush, the light-gun shooter Motel Guardian and the dance machine Step Fever
  
• Sports and tables: Hoop Shot basketball, Air Hockey, 8-ball Billiards and the Haymaker boxing machine
  
• Head-to-head duels: the two-player whack-a-mole Mole Duel and the two-lane ball roller Roll Rivals. Nobody plays these alone: sit down and a customer takes you on, or call a friend over in co-op

And when the hall gets too small, open your own Bowling Alley: take the bowlers' money at the shoe counter, send them to a free lane, add new lanes as you grow and roll a few frames yourself.

Customers drop in to play too. Collect the tokens, complete each game's challenges to boost your income and keep the hall running: machines break down, and an OUT OF ORDER screen doesn't make anyone money.

COOK AND SERVE

Gamers get hungry. Grill the patties, melt the cheese, drop the fries, plate everything up and serve it at the tables, then pick up the cash they leave behind. Set up diner tables and a window bar, and put a drink vending machine in the corner for thirsty customers.

HIRE YOUR CREW

You can't be everywhere at once. Hire a cleaner, a receptionist, a cook and a technician from each day's candidates, train them up and pay their wages. Your staff show up in the morning, take their posts and keep things moving while you handle the rest.

YOUR RETRO TABLET

Run the business from a handheld with a nostalgic early-2000s desktop look: check your rooms, open and close the arcade, manage your staff, track your daily goals and earnings and keep an eye on the bills. Order new machines, tables and wall decor like neon signs and framed posters from an old-school online shop. They arrive boxed, ready to set up wherever you like.

FROM LEVEL 1 TO 20

Every level unlocks something new: machines and decor, new staff, three hall expansions, new motel wings and finally your very own bowling alley.

THE DAY ENDS, THE BOOKS CLOSE

When the sun goes down, the neon lights come on and the parking lot fills up with guests' cars. At midnight you close the day and see where you stand: the cash that came in, the rooms you rented, the arcade's earnings, wages, bills and your star rating. Good reviews grow your reputation, and your reputation brings more customers to your door the next day. And on rainy days, everyone heads straight for the arcade.

PLAY TOGETHER

Invite up to three friends through Steam and talk with built-in voice chat, push to talk or open mic. One works the front desk, another runs the kitchen, and when the night gets quiet you can settle the score over air hockey, a game of pool or a round of Mole Duel.
