Your body is the controller. Slash blocks, catch rings, kick, stomp and dodge to ten hand-charted tracks, tracked by your phone or a webcam: no gamepad, nothing to wear. Battle a friend in split-screen Versus, chart your own songs, or put on a headset and try the experimental VR mode. Free demo.
Catch Flex is a full-body rhythm game that tracks you with one camera: no headset needed, no gamepad, no wearables. Even the menus are gesture-controlled, so you never touch a button. Stand up, clear some space, and dance to the beat.
Every song mixes them differently, and your whole body plays, not your thumbs.
Original dance music, 96 to 150 BPM: house, electro, techno. Charted for what a real body can do, all of it within reach, with no jumping needed. Play a few back to back and it is a workout.
Not chasing a score? Switch on no-fail mode and just move through the whole song.
Chase the global leaderboards on your own, or go head-to-head in local split-screen Versus. Achievements track you from your first song to an S rank on ten different tracks.
Catch Flex Editor runs in your browser, free, with nothing to install. Bring any song and chart the moves yourself. A finished level is one file: open it on your device, or send it over your Wi-Fi from any browser, which is how levels reach a TV. The editor is on the Catch Flex website.
The game also reads charts saved in other common level formats, so a library you already have can come with you.
Room to move, good lighting, your full body in frame, clothes that don't blend into the background. The free Catch Flex: Controller app turns your phone into the camera over your own Wi-Fi, and that is the setup we recommend. A webcam works just as well if you already have one. Versus needs one phone or camera per player. Either way, the bigger the screen, the better every move reads from across the room.
Put on a headset and the track wraps around you: the blocks come at your hands, the balls at your feet. Catch Flex VR runs through SteamVR on any OpenXR headset, and a Quest reaches it over Steam Link or Link. The headset and controllers carry your head and hands, and your phone keeps tracking your legs, so kicks, stomps and slides play as they do on the flat screen. Pick "Catch Flex VR (Experimental)" when you launch. It is experimental: the legs follow a phone camera and can drift, and every report helps.
Plays on Steam Deck with your phone as the camera and nothing to change on the Deck. Dock it to a TV and every move reads better from across the room.
Tracking runs locally, on your own hardware, and camera images are never saved or uploaded. When your phone is the camera, only movement data crosses your own local network. The video never leaves the phone.
The ten Vol. 1 tracks, Versus, and the levels you make yourself. No ads, no subscriptions, yours for good.

Minimum Requires a 64-bit processor and operating system OS: Windows 10 64-bit, version 21H1 or newer Processor: Intel Core i3-6100 / AMD Ryzen 3 1200 or better (x64) Memory: 4 GB RAM Graphics: DirectX 11 GPU with 1 GB VRAM — Intel UHD 620, GeForce GT 1030, Radeon RX 550. Enough to draw the game; on this tier let a phone do the tracking (see notes). DirectX: Version 11 Storage: 1 GB available space VR Support: Optional experimental VR mode. OpenXR through SteamVR, any SteamVR headset with tracked motion controllers. Standing, about 2 x 2 m of clear floor. Legs are tracked by a phone with the free Catch Flex: Controller app. Additional Notes: No webcam required — your phone can be the camera. The free Catch Flex: Controller app for iOS and Android does the tracking on the phone itself and sends only movement data over your own Wi-Fi, so the PC is left with nothing but drawing the game. That is also the smoother choice on a weak GPU. A webcam works just as well if you already have one. Either way, leave yourself room to stand and move with your whole body in frame, in even lighting. Recommended Requires a 64-bit processor and operating system OS: Windows 11 64-bit Processor: Intel Core i5-9400 / AMD Ryzen 5 3600 or better Memory: 8 GB RAM Graphics: GeForce GTX 1060 / Radeon RX 580 with 4 GB VRAM - needed only if the PC itself tracks you from a webcam. DirectX: Version 12 Storage: 1 GB available space VR Support: Tested on Meta Quest 3 over Steam Link and Link. Valve Index and HTC Vive controllers are supported. A phone on a stand in front of you, on the same Wi-Fi as the PC, for full-body play. Additional Notes: Play with whichever you prefer: a webcam, or your phone running the free Catch Flex: Controller app for iOS and Android. Tracking from a webcam runs a neural network on the GPU and needs compute shader support; the phone does that work itself instead. A 1080p 60 fps webcam and even, front-facing light give the steadiest tracking. Local split-screen Versus draws two views and roughly doubles the GPU cost.
