Unishroom
A minimalist story-driven platformer about belonging and self-acceptance. Guide a small mushroom through a playable storybook. Accessible to all ages, challenging for those who seek it.
About
Unishroom is a short, story-driven indie platformer about rejection, vulnerability, and discovering where you truly belong.
Cast out for being different, a small mushroom sets off on a quiet journey in search of a new home. Through loneliness, struggle, and quiet resilience, he begins to understand that belonging is not about proving your worth — it’s about finding those who value you as you are.
Unishroom is built around minimalist mechanics.
Move left or right to navigate each level — no complex combos, no overwhelming inputs. The simplicity is intentional, designed to keep the focus on atmosphere and emotion.
Choose your experience:

Approachable for younger players. Rewarding for those who seek precision.
Inspired by illustrated children’s books, Unishroom blends 3D gameplay with handcrafted, hand-drawn narrative scenes.
Over 20 illustrated cutscenes bring its world to life, creating an experience that feels like stepping inside a playable storybook.
This is not just a platformer — it is an interactive story about identity, empathy, and independence.
Designed as a focused 1–2 hour experience, Unishroom is perfect for a single sitting — or sharing with family.
A small story about finding the courage to belong.
