About
From Grape to Glass, Every Choice Matters
In Grand Cru, every decision you make — from the vineyard to the wine glass — shapes your wine's final score.
🌍 Terroir — Soil type, climate, and vine age determine your grape's potential before you touch a single cluster.
🪵 Oak Barrels — French, Hungarian, or American oak — each variety, freshness level, and grape tolerance shifts the flavor profile. Pick wrong and you'll flatten the fruit.
⭐ Four Pillars of Quality — Your wine is scored on Structure, Authenticity, Finish, and Complexity — just like real wine critics evaluate Bordeaux.
📊 Critics vs. Public — Critics reward complexity and structure. The public wants fruit and approachability. The same wine can score 90 with one and 65 with the other. Know your market.
Create your own wine style. Your vineyard, your rules.
