Arcade Warlord

LOGISTICS IS WAR.

It is the 1980s, and the arcade boom is underway.

Build a small game studio into an arcade empire. Create hit titles, expand across the city, secure valuable businesses and outmaneuver rival companies competing for the same opportunities.

YOUR COMPANY IS ON THE MAP

In Arcade Warlord, strategy starts with movement.

Your people have to travel. Your cabinets have to be delivered. Your profits have to be collected. Every new venue adds opportunity, but also distance, travel time and pressure on your fleet.

Growth is not just about expanding faster. It is about expanding smarter.

Spread across the city to claim more territory and strategic resources, or invest capital to expand vertically and concentrate more cabinets in fewer venues. A wider network increases reach. A denser one reduces travel and lets your company respond faster.

AGENTS ARE YOUR CAPABILITIES

Your workforce is made up of specialized Agents, each giving your company different capabilities.

Sales Reps secure new venues. Haulers move cabinets and resources. Technicians repair machines and install upgrades. Bagmen collect profits. Enforcers protect key interests or pressure competitors.

The challenge is not simply hiring more people. It is building the right organization for the situation.

Too few Technicians and breakdowns pile up. Too few Haulers and production outruns logistics. Too few Bagmen and money stays trapped in the field. Every role competes for your attention and capacity.

CONTROL THE CITY

The city is more than territory to paint.

Different venues and businesses provide different advantages: income, Street Influence, Components, Business Intelligence, infrastructure and strategic leverage. Some locations strengthen your economy. Others can reshape your entire plan.

Decide where your Sales Reps should focus. Expand outward for resources and map control, or pay to upgrade nearby venues and run a tighter, more efficient network. Secure important businesses before your rivals do—and decide which opportunities are worth the logistical burden.

WHEN BUSINESS TURNS TO WAR

Rival companies are pursuing the same city, the same venues and the same advantages.

When two companies want the same location, economic competition can become territorial conflict.

Station Guards at important venues. Patrol districts. Remove rival cabinets. Raid enemy operations. Protect your own network while disrupting theirs.

Or avoid the fight altogether and win through stronger logistics, better positioning and smarter growth.

REVENUE IS PHYSICAL

In Arcade Warlord, profit is not abstract.

A cabinet earning money across town is worthless until someone collects the quarters and brings them back. Revenue flows through your operations, and operational mistakes quickly become financial problems.

Track burn rate, payroll, investment and cash flow. Decide when to cut costs, when to expand, when to liquidate, and when to commit capital to long-term growth. Your ledger is not separate from the map—it is the consequence of everything happening on it.

BUILD. DEPLOY. ADAPT.

Develop hit games, build Development Departments, hire Lead Designers, acquire IP, research better cabinets and expand your Headquarters.

Every system is connected.

A profitable expansion may stretch your fleet. More cabinets may overwhelm your Technicians. Upgrades may pull those same Technicians away from repairs. A great location may become a liability if you cannot support it.

There is no single correct path to victory. Grow through better games, stronger logistics, territorial control, financial power—or a combination of them.

Build the company. Deploy the company. Control the city.
