------ Prologue ------

In a deep forest near the royal capital, a mysterious dungeon infested with monsters opened its maw. The first to venture inside was a nameless man. He returned drenched in blood, clutching an armful of gold. Word spread like wildfire, stirring the hearts of all who sought fame and fortune. Sword-bearing mercenaries, knights in pursuit of glory, and reckless adventurers made their way into the forest one after another. It was said that deep within the dungeon lay a treasure powerful enough to shake even the throne itself. —And now, you too stand at its entrance. Will you seize your destiny, or be swallowed by the darkness? Your story begins here.
